Your transaction is confirmed by email. Therefore, it is very important that the email address that you give is correct. What The Fox Ltd. is not responsible for possible errors committed by the client that makes the transaction confirmation impossible to send.
If you do not receive an email within four working hours after the transaction, you can contact What The Fox Ltd.’s Client Service by sending an email to info@what-the-fox.com with your transaction details (client name, product name, size, colour …).
The confirmation email that What the Fox Ltd. sends is the transaction receipt, and is a summary of information related to the transaction, such as any additional information about the selected hotel (address, telephone, fax …). This document is also a proof of payment.
What The Fox is committed to not disclosing confidential client information to third parties. This information will be used exclusively by our internal services for the processing of orders and to strengthen and personalise communication, such as the promotions we offer to our clients. You have the right of access, rectification, and opposition to any use of your personal information. You can exercise this right by giving your surname, name, address and email, through the webpage or by email to info@what-the-fox.com.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
If you require a different item (including colour) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. If you require a different size of the same item, please return the item including a cover note stating your order number and requesting the different size and we’ll do our best to get one out to you upon receipt. If the size is unavailable we will refund your card and email to inform you.
Return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item from us.

If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please e-mail info@what-the-fox.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please first check your receipt for any indication that the item is being dispatched separately. If the item is listed but not present, please e-mail info@what-the-fox.com quoting your order number and stating the missing item and we will investigate the matter further.
Orders being shipped may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. When ordering from www.what-the-fox.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We are required to provide certain order, shipment and product information to Chronopost in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. We cannot predict what the duties and taxes that will be applied to your package, so please contact your local customs agent before ordering. Generally, you will be required to pay a certain percentage of the value of the item you are purchasing.
